Rev. Dr. David Holder

Dr. Holder is a fourth generation senior pastor, raised in Jamaica Queens. He graduated from the Talent Unlimited High School in Manhattan. He grew up in the Presbyterian Church, spent his early adult years in both the Baptist Church and the Church of God In Christ, ordained in the A.M.E. Church and planted an Evangelical Covenant Church. He served as an associate pastor at First A.M.E. Church in Pasadena, CA under Rev. Lee May, and at St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Cambridge, MA under Dr. Leroy Attles. He was the Assistant Pastor at Bethel A.M.E. Church Bloomfield, CT under Dr. Alvan Johnson. Dr. Holder is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. Neuroscience 1987), UCLA (M.B.A. 1991), Fuller Theological Seminary (M.Div. 1995), Harvard Divinity School (Th.M. 1996), and Princeton Seminary (D.Min. 2005). Dr. Holder is the Founder and Senior Pastor of New York Covenant Church. New York Covenant and BRP Companies are currently building a 26-floor, 477 apartment building and church. New York Covenant will own over twenty thousand square feet, which includes a church auditorium featuring a full-court basketball gym to run Christian community leagues downtown, their own pre-K through 5th grade Christian academy, retail space, recording, dance and bike studios and a commercial kitchen -- to be completed December 2024 at 500 Main Street in downtown New Rochelle, New York.

Kehli Harding Woodruff

Kehli Harding Woodruff has a background in residential and commercial real estate and faith-based community development. Ms. Woodruff earned her B.A. from Brown University where she double majored in in Organizational Behavior and Management and Public Policy. She obtained her first Masters degree in Urban Public Policy from the Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan, as a Woodrow Wilson Fellow. Ms. Woodruff also holds a Masters in Science in Communications Disorders, Speech Language Pathology. Ms. Woodruff has obtained Executive Certificates from Harvard Divinity School in Community Development, the Yale School of Management Women on Boards, University of Berkeley Law School Executive Program in ESG, and Columbia University in Bilingual Speech and Language (Spanish). Ms. Woodruff has a powerful record of driving growth and development for organizations, in both the for-profit and the non-profit sectors. She has led numerous business start-ups to success and expansion and has sat on several non-profit boards of directors, including Brown University where she currently serves.
